Hello, I'm Elle! I’ve been a hairstylist for 15 years and proudly opened Strands Salon in 2017. What I love most about this career is that every day brings something new—it keeps my passion alive and my work exciting.
I specialize in Bellami extensions, lived-in color, and blonding, and nothing makes me happier than helping people feel their absolute best.
My biggest supporters are my husband, John, and our 5-year-old twins, Winston and Dallas. They’re my heart and my motivation.
I can’t wait to welcome you into my chair and help you fall in love with your hair all over again!

I’ve been a hairstylist for 15 years, and it’s truly my passion. Doing hair is my escape from the busy life of being a mom to my three amazing kids — Tucker (9), Frankie (7), and little Dottie (almost 2) — along with my supportive husband, Rick.
My favorite part of being behind the chair is helping people feel their absolute best. Whether it’s a fresh cut, a new color, or a full set of Bellami extensions, I love creating transformations that bring out your confidence. At the end of the day, I’m here for YOU!

Growing up in Troy, MO, my love for hair quickly grew into a passion. I’ve worked professionally for 6 years and specialize in barbering and lived-in color. My focus is creating personalized, low maintenance styles.
My goal is to make my chair a safe, welcoming space where clients feel confident and cared for. Outside the salon, I enjoy traveling and getting lost in a good book.

I was born and raised in Troy, MO, and I’ve been a hairstylist for about two years now. Blonding and Color is my absolute favorite part of doing hair — I love creating looks that bring out someone’s personality and make them feel confident.
I’m always trying to keep up with new trends and techniques so my clients get fresh, modern styles every time they sit in my chair. For me, it’s all about making people feel good about themselves while having a fun, relaxing experience.

I’m Bri, a homegrown Lincoln County hairstylist with 5 years of experience. I love all things color and creating tailored cuts and styles that feel just right for you. My goal is to make every appointment feel cozy and personal.
Outside the salon, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and being a dog mom to my sweet pup, Blu.

Growing up as a dancer, I was always surrounded by styling, glam, and creativity — and I fell in love with the way beauty can transform not just how you look, but how you feel.
When I’m not at the salon, you’ll find me spending time with my sweet German Shepherd (proud dog mom here!) or chasing inspiration wherever I can find it.

I’m married to my wonderful husband, Eric, and we have two amazing kids, Grace and Ethan. When I’m not at the salon, I’m usually spending time with my family, cheering on my kids, or enjoying a quiet coffee break.
